Terms of service

1. Operator

The service is operated by HAGIU ANCA-GABRIELA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, a Persoană Fizică Autorizată (PFA), registered at B-dul Bucureștii Noi, 136, Ground Floor, Apt. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, Romania; Romanian Trade Registry number F2025016524007; tax identification number (CUI) 51776490; intra-Community VAT number RO51877613. 2. Agreement and eligibility

By submitting content or purchasing placement, you accept the Terms, Rules and Privacy Policy versions shown at checkout. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it and submit its name, website and logo.

3. The service

LAST WORDS is a paid public-message placement. The highest eligible individual payment confirmed by Dodo Payments controls the one current Last Word. A higher eligible payment may replace it immediately, and prior approved messages form a public history. Payment is not endorsement, verification, certification, recommendation or proof that a statement is true.

4. Payments and placement

The first placement starts at US $1. Each next minimum is the current eligible amount plus US $1; larger intentional bids are allowed. Every bid is a separate full payment. Previous payments are not credited, and cumulative spend does not determine ranking. Checkout creation or a return page does not win; only payment state verified through Dodo Payments makes a bid eligible. Equal eligible bids are ordered by earliest successful confirmation.

Payment guarantees no minimum display duration, permanence, uptime, impressions, traffic, clicks, customers, revenue or return on investment. Dodo Payments processes checkout and payment information. See Dodo Payments' terms and privacy policy.

5. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Payments are generally final once the digital placement begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law, required by the payment provider or expressly approved by the operator. A refunded, reversed or otherwise ineligible disputed payment stops qualifying and may cause the previous eligible message to return. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Submitted content and responsibility

You are responsible for names, messages, logos and destinations you submit. They must follow the Rules and applicable law and must not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer or other rights. You must not impersonate another party or present serious factual accusations about identifiable parties through the service.

7. License and public history

You retain your rights and grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, moderate and distribute submitted material as necessary to operate, secure and promote the service. Approved public content, payment amount and history may be indexed, shared, cached or archived by third parties. Harmful content may be replaced publicly with a neutral removal notice while necessary financial chronology is retained privately.

8. Moderation and reports

We may reject content before checkout and hide, remove, restore or disqualify content for safety, legal, provider or operational reasons. Automated checks can be imperfect. Reports and rights complaints may be sent to ancagabrielauiux@gmail.com. We may preserve evidence, respond to lawful requests and suspend destinations or participants while reviewing credible concerns.

9. External services and links

Participant websites are third-party destinations used at your risk and are not endorsed by LAST WORDS. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; hosting and managed data services use Vercel and Supabase as described in the Privacy Policy. LAST WORDS does not store full card details.

10. Availability

The service may change, pause or end for maintenance, security, law, provider requirements or business reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” Any limitation applies only where legally valid and never excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for unlawful submissions and, where applicable, losses caused by breach of their obligations.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
